One pathway, three phases
Every Moyours player — boys and girls aged 4–18 — moves through a structured pathway: from falling in love with the ball to competing in front of scouts.
Phase 1 · Ages 5–8
Foundations
Building love for football through fun and structured play.
- Fun, structured play that builds a lasting love for football
- Balance, coordination, and confident first touches
- Listening, sharing, and being part of a team
Phase 2 · Ages 9–13
Development
Skill-building, tactical awareness, and teamwork.
- Skill-building sessions: control, passing, dribbling, finishing
- Tactical awareness introduced through small-sided games
- Teamwork, discipline, and match experience
Phase 3 · Ages 14–18
Performance
Advanced training, high-level competition, and exposure to scouts.
- Advanced training with individual development plans
- High-level competition across Abuja and beyond
- Exposure to scouts, trials, and international pathways
Our squads
Within the pathway, players compete in four age-group squads.
Training schedule — all age groups
Fridays 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM WAT
Saturdays 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM WAT
Suite A05, Tsukunda House, Central Business District, Abuja · plus a second training location to meet growing demand.
